Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
After fulfillment, typical delivery times are:

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.
Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur import duties, customs fees, or taxes determined by your local customs office. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

Returns & Refund Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact@weteachleague.com.

After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges & Sizing
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases.
Please check all size charts carefully before placing your order.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. If the package is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist in submitting a claim and send a replacement where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee address changes or refunds.
Undeliverable packages are automatically returned to Printful’s facility.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
